Who is Gemma?

It would be fair to say that I am a vivacious businesswoman who is fascinated by humans and how we interact.

During my career in the NHS, Her Majesty’s Prison Service, education and business development in Thailand for 7 years and my last position as Head of Customer Success; one thing was central to all of these experiences, people!

I started offering my specialist services to help others strengthen their business social connections to create a memorable customer experience. A cause I wholeheartedly believe in because our interactions with our customers and colleagues are fundamental to our business success.

Currently I get to manage Splento combining my love of business and awesome people by sharing the stories of global brands via professional photo and video.

Let’s not forget that I’m also an Aunty to 9 beautiful children (busy siblings!), a previous president of a Toastmasters public speaking club and an obsessed yogini. All whilst committed to my eternal curiosity and showing up as Gemma!
